What are they?

Green Schools and Kindergartens are a few days (3,5,7-day) trips in the beautiful natural place with an experienced instructor, where he implemented an extensive educational program. It consists of classes of natural, artistic, historical, ecological, and regional tours. Classes are taught methods workshop, activating group for creative action. Using the experience of our trainers as well as a wide range of people working with our foundation (natural scientists, psychologists, artists, educators) have developed an educational program to suit their varying levels of age groups of children. We try to make the classes were not only “empty” entertainment, but that it was the knowledge needed for children in shaping their attitudes towards the phenomena of the world around them. Guide in coming to this knowledge will be childrens sensitivity, curiosity, careful observation and compassion.

So this is not another trip, which now offers plenty of travel agents, but the trip set to explore the place in terms of natural, historical and geographical. It also aims to explore and deepen the artistic skills of children who in a beautiful scenic spot, will be able to creatively develop.

Primary school classes and kindergarten groups. children Interested to nature, culture and traditions. For teachers who want their wards to arouse interest in the world and life around us.

What we provide?

Transfer round-trip ,coach-class standard of accommodation, meals, accident insurance participants, thematic lectures, course materials, excursions and other activities under the plan. The most important service included in the price, is a professional preparation program of environmental education and artistic and historical nature. Includes a stay of one tutor (teacher or parent) for every 15 people. Classes at the Green School FERSO Foundation conducts several instructors. Program proposals:

* integration activities and educational fun for a good mood in a group and explore the surroundings

* Indian games, the Vikings, sheet Klanzy, trampoline, swimming pool.

* Fun and games in the path of natural organic, the 200 - year old pines and oaks, and exploring the surrounding nature reserves and landscape parks

* stalking nature, a trip to the forest, the survival of the school grounds, organic path, meeting with employees of Landscape Park.

* Trip to Skansen River Pilica classes “from grain to loaf”, Bunkers museum, nature reserve “Blue Source”, Sulejowski Reservoir, forester, wildlife nursing home (fireplace)

* workshops where children learn the culture of different European countries and the customs of the non-European countries approximating .

* art workshops, during which works of art emerge - keepsakes that children take home with them * origamii, charms, illusion, calendars, grits in bottles, wax candles, masks, the serviette technique

Other suggestions:

* Organic (humanitarian protection of animals, ecology, every day, sorting garbage, alternative sources of enrgii)

Summer Camps Arts and Ecology

We invite children and youth aged 7-16 years in the camps:

* Language classes with young people from different European countries

We guarantee:

* family atmosphere, professional and friendly care educators,

* building self-esteem and maintaining good relationships with peers,

* good and tasty food (taking into account food allergies)

At the camp ” Rainbow Warrior Tropes” provide vegetarian food which is prepared by Stefan Poprawa, a specialist in vegetarian diets.

The camps are conducted by staff of the FERSO Foundation for Education and Development of Civil Society. Their high level of knowledge and organization, as well as an innovative formula of course make it is ,the beneficiary of many national and international grants.

Green Tour

“Green Tour” is a one-day educational bus tour with an experienced pilot-guide, during which participants will visit the most beautiful natural and historical places of the Lodz. During the tour there are classes of natural, historical, geographical. We visit places where culture is intertwined with nature and where children can experience many unforgettable memories.

1. ”Over the River Pilica”- Landscape Park in Sulejów,

During which, the children will learn:

• Different species of plants and animals that inhabit the river Pilica

• An interesting history of this place, related legends

• Secular monuments

• On the educational activities in the museum Pilica River, children will learn how in the past was done flour, bread and get to know different ”treasures” extracted from the river

• How to treat wild animals so that they can return to nature

2. “Secrets of the great hill”- Łódź Hills Landscape Park,

During which, the children learn:

• Different species of plants and animals that inhabit the Botanical Garden in Rogow and Landscape Park Łódź Hills

• The history of the Earth, at a time when the planet experienced an interesting history of dinosaurs

• Interesting history of this place, associated in myth and legend

• sacred and secular Monuments

• How do paleontologists find dinosaur bones

• Where do these wonderful springs arise

• How does the nature reserve are different from the Botanical Garden

3. “Secrets of the old forest” - Landscape Park in Spała.

During which, the children learn:

• Different species of plants and animals that inhabit the Forest Pilicka;

• An interesting history of this place, associated in myth and legend;

• secular and religious monuments;

• The educational activities at the Museum of Bunkers, you will learn many interesting history of World War II.

• How does the bison was saved from extinction.

4. ”Tales from the river Bzura”- Łęczyca Earth

During which, the children learn:

• How is the royal castle was built and how they lived in it once.

• Why the devil Boruta lived in Łęczyca castle and the legends circulate about him.

• Interesting religious monuments in Tum Archicollegiat, which even the devil Boruta failed to destroy.

• Dispose of settlement with the duke, where archaeologists dig up ancient treasures.

• Habits of North American Indians, whose village is situated on the river Bzura.

We are inviting people ,who like adventures and lifing in the forest, to come to camp in the wildest corner of the Bieszczady mountains.

Want to learn what you can eat in the woods and survive?

Come to camp Aug. 9-15, 2010. The camp will take place in a wild corner of the Bieszczady Mountains, at the foot of the mountain Matragona, near the border with Slovakia.

Obóz "Tropami Tęczowego Wojownika"

To już nasz drugi obóz, który odbył się w gościnnych Bieszczadach. Dwa tygodnie, przy zmiennej pogodzie, spędzamy z młodymi uczestnikami, z których spora część była tu już z nami w zeszłym roku. Pierwszych kilka dni obozu odbywa się w "Latarni Wagabundy" w Woli Michowej gdzie po długiej podróży pociągiem mamy możliwość otworzyć się na piękno gór oraz przestrzeń i ciszę, której tak brakuje w zatłoczonych miastach.
