In November 2014, FERSO Foundation together with other eigth youth organisation from Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Hungary, Great Britain, Bulgaria and Portugal, met in Centrul de Voluntariat Cluj Napoca, under the "Youth workers hunt learning" project.
During three weeks of job shadowing, they explored together concepts like: volunteering management, non-formal education, youth work and empowerment. The gained knowleadge was transfered later into a short training on non-formal education method "Labirinth theatre", training held in FERSO Foundation, having the participation of EVS volunteers.
The "Youth workers hunt learning" is a project implemented by the European Commission through the Erasmus +, managed in Romania by ANPCDEFP.
